This is the highest grade of stainless steel used for large & small vessels of dairy products large vessels. No residue of iron at all, meaning no rust for ever ! That's all you need for a salad board. Its size is 15 by 25 cm. The thickness is 1 mm. Weighs 270 grams. The hole size is 15 mm dia. The next size up is preferable for convenience.
I really liked the board. Take this one, 1.7mm thick, not thinner. It's heavy and won't cut your hands. It's made very well and the edges are perfectly finished! I took the two smallest ones. I'll try these and if I like them, I'll buy the larger ones. Huge thanks to the seller.
